My numbers immediately after 6.75 Miles on my bike, 70 bench presses, 70 back presses, 50 ab tucks with weights and 50 Chest Flies. Yes, that’s why my pulse is up. Lol. I am tired now. πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ❤️❤️
